I work as a birth doula in the greater Los Angeles area, at hospitals, birthing centers and at home births. I specialize in HypnoBirthing, and offer Birthing From Within childbirth education classes, birth and pregnancy photography, Reiki energy work and free referrals to other birth and postpartum doulas.

Your birth package includes a free interview, in the comfort and privacy of your home. Two prenatal visits will help to prepare you for your birth experience and help you with your decision making process. I will make you a personalized hypnosis tape for you to practice during your pregnancy, provide over 50 pages of informative handouts, let you practice positions using the birth ball, and answer all of your questions about labor and birth.

When you believe that you are in labor, I will be available by phone to help determine if it is or is not labor. When you feel that you need my support, I will come to your home and stay with you, transporting to your birth place and providing continuous labor support until your baby is nursing! I will take notes of the entire labor and birth, providing a beautifully written keepsake, including photos of your newborn. I also will take birth photographs or video, at you request.
