Childbirth Education
Classes are taught by Anja Farin, ALACE trained childbirth educator
Date: Wednesday March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, and 16.
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Cost: $150 per couple
Date: Saturday April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, and 17.
Time: 9:30 - 11:30 am
Cost: $150 per couple
This is a pre-natal course that is holistic in its approach to childbirth. Learning about natural childbirth, including choices and variations that may occur, will increase parents' confidence as they approach this right of passage. This class teaches relaxation and offers tools to help the mother to cope with the sensations and emotions of childbirth. The seventh class is a community building time with a potluck.
Pregnant Couples Massage
Class is taught by Bobbi Jo Trader, WRMT
Date: Wednesday February 27, 2008
Time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Cost: $30 per couple
** Please bring 2 pillows and moms may wish to wear tank top and comfortable pants or shorts.
Infant Massage
Classes are taught by Bobbi Jo Trader, WRMT

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 am
Cost: $45 per series
