I have taught childbirth classes in the past and would like to start up another series again. as long as there are enough participants I can do so.
Classes will inclued:
nutrition and natural remedies
why natural birth
birth setting and finding a provider
the birth process
birth videos
breastfeeding
baby care
this class is VERY different from Lamaze. I will teach you how to make your own decisions for YOU and stick to them, not how to be a good patient.
$125 for a 6 part series class. Classes will meet at a local building. Bring pillows!!
