Waterbirth
Whether you are birthing at the birth center or in your own home, waterbirth is an option! The birth center has large soaking tubs in each birth room for you to labor or birth in. We also have a portable “gentle birth pool” that can be reserved for your home birth. Many women (and midwives) find that water provides significant pain relief, helps labor progress, and allows for easier mobility. For more information on waterbirth, click on the links:

PPWI in Shawano WI
