I am an apprentice trained CM and CPM offering midwifery services to a wide range of clientele. I’ve been in private practice now for 22 years, and have personally attended over 1000 births. I’m married, have 2 grown children and 3 homeborn grandchildren. My husband and I live on a 200 acre farm in Oceana County.
I have a clinic in my home for consultations, prenatal care and classes. Two other midwives and an apprentice work in association with my practice. We attend births at home in a 7 county area in Western Michigan.
Midwifery care keeps birth safe. It empowers women and their families to keep healthy during pregnancy, give birth gracefully, and parent in the best ways.
I am an active member of the Michigan Midwives Association and the Midwives Alliance of North America.
