At BabyMoon Douals, our goal is to help families make graceful transitions from pregnancy to parenthood. 

As Postpartum Doulas, we offer guidance with breastfeeding and baby care, slings, lite mommy-massage, cooking, cleaning, errands, and overnight care when needed.  We help Dads feel confident, informed and involved.   We help moms to recognize your innate mothering instincts and help teach you the learned mothering skills.

As Labor Support Doulas, we offer physical, emotional and informational support, in preparation for, during and after your birth.  We help you explore different options that can support you in being able to labor and deliver in a way that respects your values and your vision of birth. 

After a free consultation, we meet you in your home for two informative sessions exploring your desires and your needs.  We are on-call to support  you in your last weeks of pregnancy.  We come to your home in early labor and stay by your side offering massage, compassion, encouragement and other techniques to help you manage the experience of birth.  We have no shift changes or conflicting obligations.  Our soul loyalty is to support your individual birthing experience until your baby is feeding and your family is settled.  We conclude our labor support by making a visit to your home in the first postpartum days to support you in breastfeeding, reading your babies cues and processing the experience of your birth. 

Our only loyalty is your comfort, confidence and clarity, supporting you in whatever way you choose to bring your baby into the world.


As Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educators, we offer private and group Lamaze classes designed to help you understand the birthing process and make informed choices so you can birth with joy and confidence.
