I have recently moved my practice from downtown Gresham to SE Stark Street which is much closer to highway I-84. I am now working with a wonderful group of bodyworkers including a DO who does craniosacral work, 2 massage therapists who do both traditional and Thai massage and all are experienced in working with both pregnant women and infants. I am also practicing with another Naturopathic doctor who like myself shares my passion for birth, pediatrics and family medicine.  I am excited to work with families in my community and I feel that the East Multnomah County area is underserved in Midwifery and Natural Family Healthcare. I am a Naturopathic Family doctor as well as a midwife which means I can catch babies and then care for them and their families as they grow. In this way I can maintain my connection to the family and they have continuity in their care. In my experience I have watched many families grow even delivering a mother and her mother in the same year! Because of my naturopathic background I can use herbal medicine, homeopathy, and nutrition to treat most ailments in pregnancy, birth, and family health. Because I am also a physician, I can prescribe pharmaceutical medicines when needed without referring my clients to another practitioner. I have been delivering babies for 15 years now including waterbirths.  I look forward to serving the families in Gresham and the surrounding areas, although I  travel far and wide for births east down the gorge, south and east into Clackamas county, north into Washington, and west to the Portland area.  I look forward to meeting all who are interested in natural family healthcare and homebirths.
