Licensed Midwife, Brandy MacDonald, opened Circle Midwifery with the goal of empowering women, families, and local communities through loving and personal care during the childbearing years.

At childbirth, the family and the community welcome in a new member, many roles and relationships change. Brandy believes that creating a gentle, safe and empowering transition at this time will effect a long-term positive change on the world.

It is the goal of Circle Midwifery to support a safe, peaceful, personal, and empowering birth experience for our families, and to support community building throughout Southern Oregon.

A variety of services are offered by Circle Midwifery, including complete midwifery care, homebirth, waterbirth, wellness counseling, herbal and nutritional counseling, preconception counseling, at-home insemination, labor support, and post partum services.

We understand that each family is different, and that childbirth encompasses all aspects of your life. At Circle Midwifery we will tailor our care to meet your individual lifestyle.

Brandy MacDonald, LDM, CPM has studied midwifery through both the apprentice model and through traditional education at the Seattle Midwifery School. She is a Certified Professional Midwife and is licensed in both Oregon and California. Brandy has extensive education in breastfeeding support and natural fertility enhancement.
