Dr. Mindi Palmer Fried owns and operates Motion Chiropractic Center.  She is actively involved with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and specializes in chiropractic care of children, families, and expectant mothers.  She is certified in Webster's Technique.  She uses both low and high force techniques depending on the person being adjusted.  Specifically, Thompson Drop work, SOT, Motion Palpation, Activator, and Full Spine Diversified techniques are all utilized.  She also adjusts extremities and teaches specific stretching and strengthening exercises when appropriate. 

Dr. Fried's chiropractic philosophy is that the body functions best when there is no interference and the joints are moving freely, the way they are supposed to.  A chiropractic adjustment removes the interference in the nervous system, promotes health and restores joint mobility.
