With the passion to teach tools to support natural childbirth, I became certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute. I teach personal couple classes as well as group classes; at the BirthPlace in Waterbury and in locations convenient to you. I am also teaching at Yale New Haven Hospital (203) 688-9355 throughout the year.
After taking this class you will understand how fears affect birth, how to breath to encourage your body's process, how to relax using self-hypnosis and how to trust your amazing self.
I was also blessed to have a wonderful waterbirth 10 years ago and have been active in supporting Waterbirth International since then. I have been invited by Barbara Harper to join the Board of Directors at Waterbirth International for the next three years. I provide consultations on questions regarding waterbirth. here are many wonderful providers in this state. I wish you a peaceful birthing.
