Hello! My name is Michelle Ruebke. I am a Certified Professional Midwife, serving the families of Kansas since 1988. I am currently working on a Doctor of Naturopathy degree through the College of Natural Health in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I incorporate much of this learning into my practice as a midwife and when counseling families in natural health education.

It is my desire for families to not only be healthy but to also know how to care for themselves as health issues arise. Thus, education is an integral part of what I do.

I incorporate whole foods supplements, homeopathics and natural remedies in my healthcare but believe that nutrition is the key to good health. I teach & encourage good nutrition, helping individuals and families to understand the role that good food has in their health. I have educational materials available as well as recommended cookbooks and booklets with resource information, menus and recipes.
