I believe that all women have the right and responsibility to be educated and nurtured throughout their pregnancy and during their birth. The welcoming of a new life is a monumental occasion that should be honored and respected to the utmost integrity.
It is also essential that women of all backgrounds have access to the best possible care and up to date information so they can make the best decisions for themselves and for their families.

As a doula and childbirth educator, I see the coming a new life and one of the most wondrous and sacred occasions known to human kind. I honor the time I spend with the mothers' and families' who invite me to part of their lives. My ultimate goal is to become a Certified Nurse-Midwife.
